Postage and packaging
Processing time
Some items will be dispatched within 2 days and some items have a 1-3 week processing time (excluding weekends and bank holidays) Please order with plenty of time as sometimes the processing times can increase by an extra week if there are delays with stock etc. If you need your order by a specific date please contact on Facebook to confirm this.
Please ensure your address is up to date. Items will not be shipped to an alternative address that is not present or confirmed on current invoices.
Your address can be changed as long as your order has not been dispatched yet. Please contact if you need your address changing and we will change it on your order as soon as possible.
Postage time
We use Evri Tracked (after turnaround time) which can take 2-14 working days
International delivery we use Royal Mail up to 17 working days. Customs fees and tarrifs are paid by the customer.
Tracking numbers will be provided in your dispatch email.
We do not make any profit on our postage and packaging price.
